Eligibility test for PhD admission

Test on 3-9-2016 (Saturday) from 11.00am to 12.30pm (duration 1.5 hrs) in the following centre.

Instruction to candidates

1. Candidates are requested to download Admit Card from the website ‘app.ktu.edu.in’ from 31-8-2016 to 3-9-2016.
2. Photo ID card and Admit card are to be produced for candidate identification in the examination hall.
3. Please be seated 15 minutes before the commencement of examination in the hall
4. Calculator and mobile communication devices are not allowed.
5. Use blue/black ink ball point pen for markings in OMR sheet
6. Each correct answer carries 1 mark. Each wrong answer reduces 1/4 mark.

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.
