  Clarification regarding conduct of 2nd internal test for all 1st semester students     Circular   University had issued a revised schedule for academic activities during the first week of Jan 2021, with an objective of conducting the second series test (of all first semester programmes) in offline mode when students are available in the campus. It was felt that all first semester students will get familiarized with the system proposed for their end semester examinations. Many Heads of Institutions informed that presently, the end semester examinations are going on for all final year programmes in the colleges. Hence, bringing all first semester students also to the campus along with final years will be difficult for many colleges to adhere to the mandatory COVID-19 protocols. Clarification regarding conduct of practical examination - S3 B.Tech 2019 Scheme - Reg Download Circular University is in receipt of many inquiries from students and staff regarding conduct of practical examinations for third semester B.Tech, 2019 admission batch. The University would like to clarify that practical examinations are to be conducted in offline mode only. However, in this unprecedented situation developed due to Covid-19, in most emergency cases, the Heads of Institutions may allow students another chance to attend lab exams during first week of April 2021. This authority entrusted upon the Heads of Institutions shall only be used in most genuine situations which necessitates a special permission for the same.
