KTU - Answer Script Copy Requests for B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Arch is Open

Students who desire to apply for copy of answer scripts of following Examinations are directed to register for the same in the KTU portal (through Student Login) from 13.07.2017 to 18.07.2017. 

 Remit the requisite fee of Rs 500/- per Answer book through the College office concerned. Submission of data and Payment of fee from the colleges to the University is on or before 20.07.2017 (Thursday). 

 Exams: B.Tech S2, S4 Examinations 2017, M.Tech S1, S3 and S2 (Supplementary) Examinations 2017, B.Arch S2 Examinations 2017

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.
