KTU - Meeting with the Student

Meeting with the student organizations shifted to Conference Hall of Annexe II, Govt. Secretariat at 02.30 p.m and to be chaired by Hon'ble Minister for Education
This is to inform all concerned that the meeting with the student organizations scheduled at 11 am on 8th November at KTU office will now be held in the Conference Hall of Annexe II, Govt. Secretariat at 02.30 p.m. on the same day. The Hon'ble Minister for Education will chair the meeting. 

 The student organizations are hereby requested to send the names of representatives who will be participating in the meeting (only two representatives) to the e-mail id: registrar@ktu.edu.in before 11.00 a.m. on 08.11.2017.

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.
