KTU - Official Transcript through e- portal

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.

KTU - Issuance of Equivalency Certificates

The APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) hereby clarifies on the issue of equivalency of degrees in accordance with the UGC public notice No.F.9-3/2016(CPP-II) dated 19th July 2016 ( see the attachment).  In cases of employment, promotion etc. equivalence is to be decided by the employing organisation. In the case of admission to KTU affiliated programmes, the eligibility will be decided by KTU on a case to case basis. Issuance of Equivalency Certificates
