Online registration for VIII Semester B.Tech/ Part Time B.Tech (2009 Scheme) Supplementary/ Improvement Examinations November 2016

It is notified for the information of all concerned that the VIII Semester B. Tech/ Part Time B.Tech (2009 Scheme) Supplementary/Improvement Examinations November 2016 will be conducted as per the following schedule.

 Date of commencement of online registration :08.09.2016
Last date for submitting Online application Without fine :29.09.2016
With a fine for Rs.150/- :04.10.2016
Last date of the receipt of copy of the Application and chalan receipt in the Pareeksha bhavan :04.10.2016

 Date of commencement of examination :Will be announced later.

 Fee details
B Tech
a. Application fee : Rs.25/-
b. Each Theory Paper
i) Supplementary appearance : Rs.50/-
ii) Improvement appearance : Rs.75/-
c. Each Practical : Rs.50/-
d. Mark List fee : Rs.30/-
e. Centralised valuation fee : Rs.40 /- per paper (subject to a maximum of Rs.150/-)

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.
