KTU - New Student Registration (2018-19 Admission)

The University Portal is ready for adding student details for the colleges who have admitted students during Academic Year 2018-19. Colleges are requested to register new students to S1 for the programs - B.Tech/B.Tech Lateral Entry//M.Tech/B.Arch/M.Arch/M. Plan/MCA/MCA Integrated/MCA Lateral Entry. 
Student Registration User Manual is attached for reference. Last date for submitting the details in the portal is 20th August 2018. The last date for submission of course mapping and course selection details is 7 th August 2018.

Provision to apply for UG and PG Official Transcript through e- portal Notification The students are hereby informed that from 08.03.2021 onwards they can apply for the Official Transcript through e-portal and to update the address to which it has to be despatched. The Official Transcript will be despatched directly to the residential address of the students. Postal Charges will be applicable. Those who are in urgency can collect it directly from the University. Processing & issuance of Official Transcript will be done on the basis of priority of the request number.  Those who want to do credential evaluation through WES (Canada) can apply Official Transcript through e-portal. For other documents related to WES, the students can forward their request along with WES Reference Number to soexam@ktu.edu.in. The students who are pursuing the UG / PG programmes can also apply for the Official Transcript if they have cleared all the semesters up to which they are applying.
